Refund Policy

At Zehio Foods, all products are freshly prepared to order. Due to the nature of our services, the following policy applies:

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.
  • Full payment must be made before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before delivery may be eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit and costs already incurred).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
  • Catering bookings cancelled within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.

Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we do not offer refunds once food has been delivered or collected.
